Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
arkenk is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the arkenk interface.
2. Information We Collect
arkenk is designed to be privacy-first. We collect minimal data:
Wallet Address
Your public wallet address is used to interact with smart contracts. We do not store it on any server.
On-Chain Data
Token metadata (name, symbol, image, description) is uploaded to Arweave and recorded on the Solana blockchain. This data is public and immutable by design.
Browser Storage
We use sessionStorage and localStorage to save form drafts and created token history locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Private keys or seed phrases — we never have access to these
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- IP addresses — we do not log or store IP addresses
- Cookies for tracking or advertising purposes
4. How We Use Information
The minimal information we interact with is used solely to:
- Facilitate on-chain token creation and liquidity pool transactions
- Display your wallet address and connection status in the interface
- Save your form progress locally to improve user experience
5. Third-Party Services
arkenk integrates with the following third-party services:
Blockchain network for token creation and transactions. All on-chain data is public.
Permanent decentralized storage for token images and metadata JSON.
Decentralized exchange protocol for liquidity pool creation.
Wallet connection framework. See Reown's own privacy policy for their data practices.
6. Data Retention
arkenk does not maintain any server-side databases of user data. Browser-local data (sessionStorage, localStorage) persists until you clear your browser data. On-chain data on Solana and Arweave is permanent and cannot be deleted by arkenk or any third party.
7. Your Rights
Since we collect no personal data on our servers, there is nothing to request deletion of. You can:
- Clear your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage at any time
- Disconnect your wallet at any time via the interface
- Stop using the Service without any account deletion process
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
